Dr Rachel Carr
Rachel Carr is the Chief Executive and co-founder of IntoUniversity. Previously, she was a university lecturer and Head of an English Department. She has over 20 years’ experience working with children and young people.
Dr Hugh Rayment-Pickard
Hugh Rayment-Pickard is our Director of Communications, Training and Planning. He has over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector and is a co-founder of IntoUniversity.
Zoe Cox
Zoe Cox is our Director of Operations. Zoe helped develop the IntoUniversity Programme for five years at North Kensington before becoming Centre Manager at Lambeth, Brent and then Bow. Previously, she worked as a drama teacher. Zoe left on maternity leave in November 2011 and will return to work in September 2012.
Jeff Rubin
Jeff Rubin is our Finance Officer. He joined the team in September 2009. Jeff holds a Masters degree in International Relations and his previous experience includes work at an accountancy firm.
Francesca Mott
Francesca Mott is our Fundraising Officer. She has a degree in French and Italian and joined us in August 2010 after completing her MA in Cinematic Cultures.

Laura Morley
Laura Morley took up the role of Programme Manager (London) in October 2011 to cover maternity leave. She is also our Volunteering Manager and Child Protection Manager. Laura was Centre Leader at our Lambeth Centre for three years and previously worked as a Centre Director for Explore Learning.

Rosie Oldham
Rosie Oldham joined us in October 2011 as our trainee Development Officer (Fundraising). She has a degree in English and American Literature and Classical Studies and has previous experience in fundraising as an intern at Cancer Research UK.
Ellie Stewart
Ellie Stewart joined us in October 2011 as our trainee Development Officer (Media and Events). She has a degree in English and Philosophy and has previous experience managing social media during her charity internships.
Giles Miller
Giles Miller joined us in October 2011 as our I.T. Officer. He has a degree in Games Development and has previous experience as a freelancer providing first line I.T. support.

Michelle Man
Michelle Man joined us in November 2011 as our trainee Development Officer (Policy and Executive Support). She has an MA in International Studies and has previous experience working for the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust.
Becky Driscoll
Becky Driscoll joined us as our trainee Development Officer (Strategy & Administrative Support) in November 2011. She has an MSc in African Studies and previously interned for the UNHCR.
