Work for charity

We are lucky to have a staff team of loyal, passionate and creative individuals, all of whom unceasingly illustrate the values of IntoUniversity in their day-to-day duties, from delivery of the programme to fundraising and finance.

What do the team do?

Our staff team is made up of a variety of people, each holding a role that is integral to the upkeep of the charity. Our Education Workers deliver our programme to children and young people daily, headed up at each site by their dedicated Centre Leader. Each centre also receives valuable support from part-time volunteer interns.

Our Set-Up team is constantly on the lookout for new locations to launch new IntoUniversity Centres, whilst our Head Office staff work hard on communications, strategy, training, fundraising, finance and events.

What do the staff think about IU?

“It is an incredibly rewarding scheme to be a part of, as it has the potential to have such a positive, transformational impact upon a young person’s life.”

- Matilda Wallis, Centre Leader at IntoUniversity Bow

“It’s a great environment to work in. We're given freedom to explore ideas and work on initiatives of our own, but if we need support there’s a whole network of people that we can turn to.”

- Ellie Stewart, Development Officer (Media and Events) at IntoUniversity

"The thing that I like about IU is that everything is fun, exciting, new and innovative. The charity is inspiring young people's hopes, dreams and aspirations! And the programme actually makes a REAL difference!"

- Devina Evanson, Senior Education Worker at IntoUniversity Brent
