Fundraising Concert

World renowned cellist Matthew Barley and exceptional jazz musician Julian Joseph are performing a fantastic concert of Bach and jazz classics to raise funds for IntoUniversity North Kensington. The concert will take place on March 1st at 7pm at St James Church, W11. Tickets are £15 and all other donations are welcome. Fourth IntoUniversity centre opens

IntoUniversity has recently opened its fourth education centre in Bow, Tower Hamlets. The centre is based in St Paul’s Church, Bow and has already proved very popular with local students with over 25 secondary and 24 primary students signed up to Academic Support. On Saturday 6th December the IU Bow team opened their classroom spaces to the public as part of festive celebrations for the local community in St Paul’s church, providing educational activities for visiting children and young people. The official opening of IU Bow, on 15th January 2009, will see the Mayor of Tower Hamlets and other local VIPs culminating to officially launch the IntoUniversity project in Tower Hamlets.
