Children in a circle
This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I would like to do it again!

Who we are

IU Lambeth

IntoUniversity Lambeth opened in October 2007 and has already far exceeded its targets in helping young people in the local area. Over 40 children and young people regularly attend academic support sessions while more than 1500 others have been helped through FOCUS activities, assemblies and workshops. Feedback from students has already been unanimously positive with one student commenting 'IntoUniversity is one of the best places I have ever been!'.

Opening ceremony:

The 3rd December marked the official opening of IntoUniversity Lambeth, a new educational centre which will provide a comprehensive programme of support and academic guidance for young people in Lambeth.

Representatives from local government, education facilities and N.G.O.s were invited to the opening ceremony along with young people already using the facilities.

Nick Wright, Head of UBS Investment Banking, a key funder of IntoUniversity Lambeth, joined the Mayor of Lambeth in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
